NASA goes back on plans for the 3D camera intended for the next Mars Rover

NASA had been working with James Cameron and had planned to have a 3D camera on board the next generation Mars Rover planned to head for Mars in the near future. Because of some budget and schedule complications etc. the rover will not be travelling with the camera.
